The Best of 2017

The Best of 2017

I love to look back on the previous year and thought a fun way to do it this time is to record my favorite finds. Not all the things listed below are only from 2017, but this is the year I discovered them.

My hope for you in this next year is to heal from anything that may still hold power over you and prevent you from moving forward. Step freely into this next year in charge of writing your life’s story. May you discover and honor who God created you to be.

Wishing you a wonderful 2018!

Moving into our farmhouse. Building new friendships from both here and across the U.S. Writing my first devotional. Learning to cook. 4th of July at the lakehouse. Tennessee with hubby and Australia friends. Lots of time outside on the porch swing watching the kids on the trampoline. Evelyn’s horse therapy progress. My sister’s wedding. Meeting M&M for the first time. Girl Boss Dinner. Liam growing in independence. Creating The Dreamer’s Nest. Signing my book with a literary agent. Ice skating fun for my anniversary. Lots more cherished time with family since moving back to my hometown.

Looking forward to…

Having our kids home and completing their adoption. Learning what it’s like to be a family. Summer camping trips. Watching two of my kiddos start kindergarten next fall. Growing my business. Following God’s call on our lives as a family of six!
